Felicitation of Meritorious Children of Members – A.Y. 2025-2026
Dear Sir/Madam,
Warm greetings to all the staff members of your esteemed institution.
I would like to express the note of gratitude to the Management and Heads of Institutions for your cooperation. I would also like to express the note of gratitude to all the members of South Goa District Madgaon School Complex Co-Operative Credit Society Ltd, Margao-Goa for reposing faith in the management of the society.
I thank the School Management and Head of Institutions of our schools & colleges for their constant support for long 46 years to this society to make it one of the best working Co-Operative Institution in the state of Goa. I am happy to inform you that this society received Certificate of Excellence from Sahakar Bharati Goa Pradesh in the year 2025.
I also request the management and Head of Institutions to provide salary deduction services as kind gesture to support your staff for meeting their financial needs during the times of their urgency and also to this society for further raising the standard of the society.
The support and Co-Operation from all the members for the recently held felicitation programmes for the students of academic year 2024-25 is highly appreciated and the Board is thankful to all of you. The Board of Directors seek similar support and cooperation in future too.
The Board of Directors have decided to organise its Annual Prize Distribution and Felicitation Programme for the meritorious students of the Academic Year 2025-2026 tentatively in the month of September/October 2026.
As such, I kindly request you to please circulate this content among the members of South Goa District Madgaon School Complex Co-Operative Credit Society Ltd, Margao-Goa, from your Institution, so that no child is missed out for the programme. Kindly submit the application of your child for the felicitation programme for the A.Y. 2025-2026 on or before 30/08/2026, so that we get sufficient time to arrange the programme satisfactorily.
The data of students can also be sent through the Google Form link shared with the members. More details will be intimated through WhatsApp later.

- Children of Members of Society (joined till 31st March 2026) who cleared the examination of 2025-2026 are eligible as per following.
SSC – 75% & Above.
HSSC – 75% & Above.
GRADUATE – 60% & Above.
POST GRADUATE – 60% & Above.
M.E/M.B.B.S/B.D.S – 50% & Above
DIPLOMA – 70% & Above
SPORTS – ONLY NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION
