The South Goa District Madgaon School Complex Credit Co-operative Society Ltd., formerly known as Madgaon School Complex Co-operative Credit Society Ltd is the sole Credit society in the state of Goa which provides the services to the people working in the field of Education in the whole of South Goa District. This society was started by few teachers in 1980 contributing meagre amount of Rs 3600/- by 36 members as the initial share capital providing financial services to the teachers from Salcete Taluka now has grown to over 2200 members having share capital of over 3.73 crore. The society has its Headquarters in Margao and two extension counters respectively in Marmagoa and Canacona.
We organise the felicitation of meritorious children of our members every year as also every year we organise one additional program to felicitate meritorious students with scholarship, Mementos and certificates from one or two talukas from our areas of operation. This year it is planned to organise such Felicitation Programme to honour students from Ponda Taluka who have excelled in academics by securing First positions in their respective schools at the S.S.C. and first rank at H.S.S.C. levels in each of the stream.
We seek the cooperation from your authority to organise this program in Ponda taluka. In this regards I request you to please arrange to send the information of the students who ranked first at SSC examination and/or first rank at HSSC examination from your school at Board Examinations held in 2024-25 in the google form with link provided. The information can also be sent by email provided here. The felicitation Programme will be held in Ponda at the hands of distinguished dignitaries tentatively on Sunday 16th November 2025 at 10:00 am at Goa Marketing and federation Hall Betora (Betorda).
