The Annual General Body Meeting of Madgaon School Complex Cooperative Credit Society was held on Wednesday in the Conference hall of the Ravindra Bhavan Margao with large participation. Chairman of the Society Shri Babaji Sawant along with BOD welcomed the members and presented the annual Report for the financial year ended 31st March 2021 along with the audited financial statement of the society. Chairman declared 6 Percent Dividend to the members while 50% of the total net profit of Rs 5462550/- was declared as patronage on the banking transaction in terms of Loan Instalment amount and Deposits to the members. Members appreciated the Chairman and BOD for the efforts taken to maintain the growing graph of the society intact and highest profit ever made by the society. Vice Chairman Mr Peter Gomes read out the profit and Loss appropriation while the Treasurer Mrs Lourencia Rebello presented the Budget for the financial year 2021-22. Secretary read the minutes of the previous meeting as the audit rectification report. The meeting began with paying homage to the departed souls of the members of the society and ended with the vote of thanks by Dr Gunaji Dessai.
